Article 2 – Definitions
- Site: refers to the website Comparer-Changer.fr
- Publisher: refers to Confluent Digital SAS, publisher of the Comparer-Changer.fr website.
- User: refers to any person who uses the site or one of the services offered on the site.
- User: refers to any person connected to the Compare-Changer.co.uk website.
- Form: The form refers to the online information request form that the user must complete in order, for example, to be put in contact with a partner who will process the request by email, in a branch or via a telephone call platform in order to obtain a quote from this partner. Confluent Digital may reserve the right to send offers to people who have filled out the form by email, text message or telephone if they have given their consent.
Article 3 – Remuneration of the publisher
The publisher is remunerated by energy suppliers, telecommunications operators, partner insurance, banking and credit organisations, craftsmen, professional contractors, marketing or online advertising agencies, affiliation platforms within the framework of the service contract signed with said partners.
Article 4 – Intellectual property
The overall structure of the site, as well as its components (texts, graphics, images, sounds and videos), are the property of the company Comparer Changer ( Confluent Digital ), with the exception of trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.
Any reproduction and/or use and/or total or partial representation of this site (and/or media), by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the company Comparer Changer ( Confluent Digital ) is strictly prohibited and would be likely to constitute an infringement within the meaning of Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The same applies to the databases appearing on this website, which are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing the European Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases into the Intellectual Property Code, and of which Confluent Digital is the producer.
Comparer Changer is also the owner and holder of the rights to the graphic charter, the brands and the elements that make it up, such as the logos – graphic charter – visuals – logos.
